In a lesser extend, companies also send drip campaigns. journy.io therefore decided to create a basic integration with MailChimp, andoffer full bi-directional CDP functionalities with enriched SaaS customer intelligence, get events on basic email contact operations, and tag/untag contacts upon getting B2B product-led growth signals.
