Salesforce Zoho has no specific source settings. It is used to enrich existing records created by your platform and website. It does not create new users and accounts in journy.io when new Salesforce Zoho objects are created.

Zoho actions
journy.io eventually allows to define product-led growth signals that trigger actions related to the installed connections. For each user/account meeting signal conditions, following HubSpot actions can be triggered:
Add tag: Adds tag to a user, typically to initiate a workflow such as sending emails.
Create task: Creates a task in Zoho for PLG user/account. You can select the Zoho user the task should be assigned to, next to setting task subject.
Remove tag: Removes tag from a user, typically to eject from a workflow such as email drip campaign
