General

To activate List view click on List button on main menu ribbon.

Open

As a result you will see all the versions & their details associated to current Release Board, in particular:

• Project key (link to browse project)

• Version name/link (project avatar)

• Milestones summary (no. of achived vs total)

• Version status (workflow column with appropriate color coding defined)

• Progress gadget

• Start/Release dates

• Decryption (we will cut it if too long)

Configure List View

You can alter the default set of columns for the list view to include for e.g. Custom Properties in the mix. Please refer to https://releasemanagement.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RMC/pages/92078312/Configure+Release+Board+Settings#List-View.

Pagination

Most certain there will be number of version on the board. Therefore to ease navigation we created a pagination. At the bottom of the view you can select the number of items you want to see on the page as well as switch between pages.

Open

Resizing

We automatically calculate the approx. size of the columns depending on the data outlined to give the best user experience. In case you want give more/less space for something please feel free to re-size columns.

Inline editing

Most of the fields on List view are available for inline editing, namely

• Name

• Status

• Start date

• Release date

All the above are also available for packages if used for Grouping. Please find more details about grouping options below.

Release details

By clicking on “Open details“ icon close to Version/Package name you can open standard Release details dialog with all the appropriate release information and access to actions list.

Grouping (aka Swimlanes)

On the Board view and Roadmap you can pickup flexible Swimlane configurations. The same could be done on List view with only one difference - we call it Grouping here.

Packages

Grouping by packages will create a parent-child tree with Packages listed on top with all corresponsing versions nested.

For Packages we will show

• Milestones summary (no. of achived vs total)

• Package status (workflow column with appropriate color coding defined)

• Progress gadget (camulated)

• Start/Release dates

• Decription (we will cut it if too long)

Projects

Grouping by Projects will show list of Projects from the board with corresponding versions nested

Tags

Groups versions by custom Tags defined.

Types

Groups deliverables by following categories:

• Epics

• Custom JQL versions (scope is defined by JQL filter)

• Packages

• Sprints

• Versions (fixVersions from Jira projects)

Expand/Collapse groups

You can expand/collapse groups indivisually using appropriate arrows close to group names

You can also expand/collapse ALL the groups using appropriate controls close to groups selector.

Aggregated progress

If you turn on grouping options an addition to individual versions progress bar we will also calculate aggregated progress for the group.

Advanced filtering

Similar to Board, Roadmap and Calendar view you can filter you releases by number of parameters, namely
