Manage Release Boards
View all boards
Any user can view all release boards that are available for him/her based on specified “Browse board” permissions. All available release boards could be seen by clicking on "TOOLS/Manage Boards" item from the menu residing left-top corner of the board.
Release Boards:
The following information is displayed for each board item in the list:
board name
Jira projects, associated with the board
possible board actions
Create board
As of March '24 we introduced Global Permissions for Board Creation. So, if you do not see controls to create one please contact your Jira Admin to advise.

Upon creating a new board we will automatically to create 2 Release Notes Templates for you as well as couple of standard Environments to simply onboarding with these features of the App. We also will add 4 templates of different kind of Webhooks that you can customize for your needs following our integration hints.
Delete board
Board administrator can delete board by selecting "Delete" from board actions list.
View board settings
Board administrator can view and/or change board settings using "Settings" from board actions list.
