“AI Insights” refers to Rovo Insights, so Rovo must be installed and configured.
If it isn’t set up (for example, on the Free Jira plan), clicking “AI Insights” will have no effect.
Individual and aggregate scores are good visual indicators of excellent performance or work items that require focus and improvement. Project-Program Managers with years of experience can probably quick derive with conclusions and action items.
With AI insights everyone can now get a full picture that does it mean and actions need to be take to improve. If this is a repeatable pattern for a number of work items it might be a good areas to focus to fine tune the process.
Click on “AI Insights“ to receive Rovo generated explanation of the scores and action items suggested. An example might look like the following:
When you open a work item in a modal (popup) window and click on AI Insights, Rovo opens in the background. To view the insights, you’ll need to close the dialog first. Unfortunately, this is a platform limitation that we’re unable to work around.
