Flow Efficiency Calculation & Alerts

You will be able to make columns as Active, Waiting or Excluded to calculate Efficiency for Issue Flow as

ActiveTime/(ActiveTime+WaitingTime) * 100%

also configure Alerts to monitor flow health and execution.

Good for “single board for multiple audiences“ concept (e.g. end-to-end board used for product team, engineering team, release team and maybe operation team).
