What’s Advanced Edition?
As of Q4, 2024 Atlassian launched and Early Access Program (EAP) for selected Atlassian Marketplace Partners to start offering Apps Editions (Standard and Advanced) to Marketplace Clients. It’s expect that throughout 2025 Apps Editions will become de facto a standard for Atlassian Marketplace allowing partners to segment functionality and pricing for clients and let clients choose the solution that suits them best at a proper cost.

We will check it anyway if you decide to join our EAP to let you know. There’s also a chance that your instance will be prioritized to migrate to New Billing Engine if you decide to participate.

Multiple Board Views
| You can save and apply your board views persisting filters & collapse/expand settings. Good for “single board for multiple audiences“ concept (e.g. end-to-end board used for product team, engineering team, release team and maybe operation team). | Ability to configure a look up for Impediment reason and use it when flagging issues on the board. |

How to Upgrade/Downgrade?
Once you complete your trial of Advanced Edition you have 2 choices:
stay on Advanced Edition and move to Advanced Edition pricing
downgrade to Standard and loose access to all premium features
Basically you can Upgrade/Downgrade any time (in conjunction with your billing cycles). More information will be available as soon as Atlassian will make a public release and announcement of Apps Editions.
