Overview

Tagging in “Easy Peasy“ App is a powerful toolkit (similar to labels in Jira) to tag plan items to create alternative taxonomies and/or custom fields and further on use it to tailor your views.

Tagging plan items

Once you open details screen of any plan item you can create new or add existing tag to it

We support inline editing so to amend the Tags just click on it and either delete existing or add new

At the moment we do not have option to delete Tag or see all the plan items that have a tag assigned to it.

Use cases

Tags on Roadmap view

There are 2 possible use cases for Tags on Roadmap.

You can filter the roadmap view by Tags. Just click on Tags filter and shortlist Tags that you want to use

In addition to that you can also configure swimlanes by Tags. Click on swimlanes and select “by Tags“

You will get swimlanes by Tags and the last one with “No tags” for all the rest plan items.

Tags on Calendar view

You can filter the calendar view by Tags. Just click on Tags filter and shortlist Tags that you want to use

If you select “Show milestones“ it will be show only for plan items that have appropriate tag assigned.

Other use-cases?
