How to find?

Open your favorite Dashboard or create a new one. Click on “Add gadget“. Search for “Release Frequency“ to find it

The gadget monitors release frequency across multiple Jira projects, making it easy to identify trends.

When you put mouse over any of the bars you will see additional insights.

My clicking on any of the bars an information panel will show up

By clicking on information panel header you can move it within the gadget. You can also resize it from the right-bottom corner

What are the configuration options?

The gadget has the following configuration options:

1. Name - caption to outline

2. Projects & categories - multi-select of projects that become a source of your versions / releases. Or pick a category to get all projects of that category

3. Show archived versions - include archive versions in report or not

4. Show unreleased versions - include archive versions in report or not

5. Trendline - calculate and outline trendline or not

6. Select period - you can choose from predefined intervals or define a custom date range

7. Aggregation interval - self explanatory

8. Group by - grouping options to produce multiple bars

9. Description - additional gadget description, explanation or how-to-read

10. Auto refresh - automatically refresh the gadget
