View all plans

Any user can view all plans that are available for him/her based on specified “Browse plan” permissions. All available plans could be seen by clicking on "TOOLS/Manage Plans" item from the menu residing left-top corner of the board.

Once you click on it all the available plans will show up:

The following information is displayed for each plan in the list:

• plan name

• Jira projects, associated with the board

• possible plan actions

By clicking on any of the plans you will navigate to it. The last visited tab will show up (Roadmap, Calendar or Insights)

Delete plan

Plan administrator can delete plan by selecting "Delete" from plan actions list.

Confirmation dialog will show up

Upon confirmation the plan will be permanently deleted.

View plan settings

Plan administrator can also view and/or change plan settings using "Settings" from plan actions list.

By clicking on it you will be redirected to Plan settings screen.
