Permanent iCal link

If you want your release calendar receives all the updates for existing items and get new releases / milestones outlined you might want to generate a permanent iCal link for your release board. Thus you can integrate your calendar in Google/Outlook via the link.

Google Calendar Integration

In order to automatically update the calendar please follow the following steps:

(1) Apply filters on the calendar and fine tune the view the way you want to see it in Google Calendar

(2) Generate a link and copy it to the clipboard

(3) Open Google Calendar

(4) Import calendar from URL

(5) Paste the link from Release management

As result, the calendar will be constantly in sync.

If you want to amend filters you would need to repeat the steps above.
