Release Calendar View

Introduction
To enable calendar view for your packages and versions click on “Calendar” in top navigation bar. Calendar is yet another timeline view to depict release dates, intermediate milestones, date|time properties and rollout end date.
Huge benefit of Calendar is ability to export it as sharpshot or permanent link and include in enterprise standard Calendars like Outlook, Google or Confluence Premium. Mode details below.
Navigation and layout
Calendar has multiple view namely,
Monthly view (with 2 months sliding window and ability to move back and forward). All events are shown as all-day events
Weekly view (with 2 weeks sliding window and ability to move back and forward). Events are show as time-based events as well as all-day events
Agenda view (with 2 months sliding window and ability to move back and forward). All events are
Depending on your local configuration you can select the Calendar to start week from Sun or Mon.
Events
As Milestones
By default Releases (Versions and Packages) are shown as Milestones by Release Date. Release intermediate Milestones, Date|Time Properties and Rollout End Date are shown as additional milestones.
The color coding is matching the color configuration in Settings > General.

When you click on Release, Date|Time Property or Rollout End Date events a standard Release Details dialog will show up with Summary Tab activated:
When you click on Milestones, Milestones Tab of a standard Release Details dialog will show up:

Continuous Events
By default Releases (Versions and Packages) are shown as Milestones by Release Date. Release intermediate Milestones, Date|Time Properties and Rollout End Date are shown as additional milestones.
There’s a way to change that & show Releases as Continuous Events from Start Date to
Release Date (if Rollout End Date is empty)
Rollout End Date (if defined). Release Date will be show as additional milestone
To make this change go to Settings > General and scroll to:

Advanced filtering
You can adjust the output of calendar view by applying certain filtering, namely
Search by name
Tags to filter by Version/Package tags
Archived/Unarchived
Columns representing status (or steps in workflow) for versions and packages
Filter by Environments. Select specific environment or all of the environments of selected type
Projects
Project Categories
Entities toggle (Packages, various Version types, their Milestone and Date|Time Properties)
Cross-Project versions and encompassing Project-specific versions
Compass
Release Date, Rollout End Date
Version and Project Custom Properties
Export
Snapshot to ICS
By clicking on export to ICS button you can generate a standard calendar.ics to include it into any standard office/calendar app you are using.
Permanent iCal link
If you want your release calendar receives all the updates for existing items and get new releases / milestones outlined you might want to generate a permanent iCal link for your release board. Thus you can integrate your calendar in Google/Outlook via the link.
e.g. Google Calendar Integration
In order to automatically update the calendar please follow the following steps:
(1) Apply filters on the calendar and fine tune the view the way you want to see it in Google Calendar
(2) Generate a link and copy it to the clipboard
(3) Open Google Calendar
(4) Import calendar from URL
(5) Paste the link from Release management
As result, the calendar will be constantly in sync.
If you want to amend filters you would need to repeat the steps above.
